The home is becoming increasingly important as a communal space, so let's take a look inside. Villa Hasseludden is based on a combination of open, generous surfaces for socialising and two separate sections where children and parents can retreat to their own private spheres.
Because the house is built in areas, you can plan in your own children's or young person's section. In the adult section, we have sketched a walk-in wardrobe and a few extra square feet in the bathroom. The kitchen and living room combine to create a large communal area, where you can choose, for example, to extend the ridged roof through the living room to create extra space. The window in the living room lets in light and nature from three directions, extra tall windows are an attractive option. On the outside of the house, you can create an inviting patio accessed from the living room as well as from the living area if you want. And maybe an additional patio for sunny breakfasts, just outside the kitchen. Villa Hasseludden is a modern building that blends into most environments, whether it is lapping waves, birds chirping or the roar of the big city you hear around the corner.
