The Edsviken is recognisable in a way, yet you can't really put your finger on just what it is. You notice this as soon as you go in through the welcoming entrance hall which opens to the upper floor, liberally creating space for light and communication between the storeys.

Another characteristic is the functional floorplan. The Edsviken is a home in which the family can grow, whether the size of your family grows or your children grow up and want part of this home all to themselves. However, as a parent you do have the privilege of getting the first choice, so which storey would you prefer to sleep on? Whichever you choose, we have drawn up plans for a lovely life with large bathrooms and plenty of dressing rooms and adjacent family room which may be furnished as a library or study.
